An RAF aircraft reportedly declared a general emergency while flying over #Liverpool after a bird strike this morning, Monday (July 27).
The T-6 aircraft, which departed from Anglesey Airport, transmitted the 7700 code.
The 7700 squawk code is activated by pilots when a plane encounters an in-flight emergency requiring immediate priority handling and assistance from air traffic controllers.
