🚨 BREAKING: 🚨 ‼️… Police have charged a 16-year-old boy with murder after the fatal stabbing of a teenager at a #Luton skate park

A further three teenagers have also been arrested as part of an ongoing investigation into the incident on Friday evening (24 July).

Bedfordshire Police were called to reports of violent disorder at Kingsway Recreation Ground at around 6.30pm.

The victim, a 17-year-old boy, was taken to hospital with multiple stab wounds but died shortly afterwards.

The further three 17-year-old boys were arrested on Saturday and Sunday all on suspicion of murder, violent disorder and carrying a weapon.

A 16-year-old boy who was arrested on Friday has since been charged with murder and remanded in custody.

The 17-year-old boy, also arrested on Friday who was being treated in hospital for serious injuries, is now in police custody.
