We are making a national appeal to walkers and those involved in other outdoor pursuits to report any potential sightings of a man who has not been seen since leaving home at the end of May.

James, 42, is known to like spending time in remote areas like Snowdonia and the Yorkshire Dales.

He left his home address in Bingley on 31 May carrying two backpacks. An appeal for information was made at the start of this month but so far there have not been any new confirmed sightings of him since he left home.

He is described as about six feet tall, of medium build, with dark brown shoulder length hair in a ponytail, a hairline scar that runs from ear to ear and missing/damaged front teeth.
